AZ Press Co material column extraction filters are made of 100% food grade nylon monofilament mesh. Each filter has a drawstring to cinch the filter shut at the top.
Our material column filters are sized to fit extraction columns as tightly as possible within the columns. The benefits of a larger tighter fitting sock allow for you to add more material which also helps prevent channeling within the material inside the filters. Channeling is caused by the material having too much free space to move around within the column. When channeling occurs, chemicals are not flowing evenly through the material which can result in a lower quality product and yield.

Longer Lasting - Each pack has 10 column extraction filters that are made of commercial grade 100% nylon mesh. The high-quality stitching and mesh allow our filters to last longer for more uses which ultimately saves production costs in the long term.
Maximize Efficiency - Speed up your extraction process by prefilling your filters with material outside of the column. Once your current run is complete you can remove the filter that is inside the column and quickly replace it with another. Rinse and repeat.
Simplicity - Easily remove our material column filters. The extra length on our filters allows you to grip the bag firmly from above so you do not have to just rely on the drawstring to lift it up and out of your material columns.
Precision - Laser cut and measured to fit standard 4” and 6” material columns tightly.

I've been purchasing material column filters (extraction socks) from AZ press co. for years! Great website, customer service and quality products! I always check AZ press when I'm looking for new extraction filters.
Bought the 6x24" fiktrr socks for a 6x24 tube. These are great except that the 24" sock when full is for an 18" tube. Repurchased the 6x30" sock for the 6x24" tube and fits nicely in there.
That being said wind have been nice to get right the first time. Wasted a bit of time and money. But fixed the issue
